Thank you for sharing about where you live. It sounds lovely to me. Our city is accustomed to massive amounts of snow so generally we are well prepared to clear the streets and keep life moving along as usual. I have dreamed a few times of the luxury of being snowed in, forced by luck to stay home and cosy up.

I wish we had snow more here in the UK but we’re never ready for it when it does come. We live in a tiny village and when it does snow we get snowed in, which is great but it also means no matter where we go or what time of year it is, we always have to use the car as the main road is too dangerous to negotiate with the family.
